Rose Taylor Jewelry is a UK-registered online retailer operating exclusively online. We work with international fulfilment partners and do not currently operate a physical retail store.
Processing & Delivery Time
Once your order has been placed, we begin processing it. This usually takes 1 to 3 working days. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
After processing, your order will be shipped via our international delivery partners. The average transit time is 4 to 8 working days.
This means the total estimated delivery time is usually 8 to 12 working days.
Please note that during busy periods, public holidays, customs inspections, or unforeseen circumstances, delivery times may occasionally be longer than expected.
Cancelling Your Order
You may cancel your order free of charge as long as it has not yet been processed.
As processing usually begins within 12–24 hours, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible at info@rosetaylorjewelry.com, including your order number.
If your order has already been processed or dispatched, cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible. However, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery in accordance with our Returns Policy.

All orders are shipped from our international fulfilment partners using trusted shipping carriers.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your Track & Trace number so you can monitor your delivery.
